Slow and steady.....

Another not so big weight loss at WW but at least I've been down each week.
I'd better throw in exercise this week.
Slow and steady wins the race......I hope.
How's everyone else doing? Are you keeping it a secret?

  1. Keep up the good work Mom! I have stayed on track and my weight has managed to go up! Not sure how that works? It's very frustrating but I'm hoping that if I push through it I will see a sudden drop...here's hoping! I figure if I give up then I DEFINITELY won't see any results so I have no other choice but to keep on going...

  2. I've been slow and TOO steady -- weighed in on Monday at exactly the same weight (and I'm not talking pounds, but tenths of a pound) as the Monday before. Kind of disappointing since over the weekend I'd played tennis for an hour and a half and had gone hiking for a couple hours. Followed hiking with a quesadilla that turned out to be 28 points -- oops! Guess that did me in. Actually, scratch that -- the hike and quesadilla were on Monday AFTER I weighed in. Maybe there's still hope! :o) Time to go exercise...

  3. Hi all! I've been doing ok... sorry I have been "missing in action". I have been doing Melissa's Jillian 30 day shred about 4-5 times a week and am on level 3. I push through it and the boys encourage me to do it. They say, "Well, once you get to level 3, you can't go back now! Don't give up Mom!" I have ice cream in the house which is messing me up, but so far I've lost around 10-12 pounds, depends on what time of day and what I eat. I do have the advantage of chasing kiddos around all day, so who knows how many calories I burn just doing that! I am not doing any sort of calorie counting, I'm sure that would help! Just trying to make better choices and stay fit and drink more water. So that's me ;)
