I created an account, and have some news to post... Melissa and I weighed in the middle of the day to start, and my second weight was in the morning, so that makes a difference, but one week later I am down 6 pounds. I expect I will plateau for a bit here.
I have been writing down what I am eating, but I think I left my log up in Isabella when we were there this past weekend. I was going to have Carla help me figure out what my points are since I really don't know. So, I'm finding it hard to figure out how to do weight watchers since I haven't joined, and don't really get it even with all the help you all are offering. I'm just trying to eat what I know is healthy, but I'm probably eating more "points" than I should. Sigh.
I exercised the heck out of last week, worked out with some ladies doing insanity videos. Now school is out, and I think it will be hard to go over there at 8am with all 3 boys. It's a 1/2 hr. video. I think I left the ab video in Isabella as well... sheesh. Yesterday, I did the wii fit exercises... ran 1.5 miles and did some balance training. I just talked to one of the gals who I've been exercising with, she is going to give me the week 1 video of insanity workout probably today or tomorrow.
Ok, off to decorate for VBS, then to the waterpark with kiddos!

ReplyDeleteI have yet to start exercising so thanks for the kick start. I love this site because we all motivate each other. For WW points, just google Weight Watcher Points Calculator and you just plug in the calories, fat and fiber of whatever you are eating and it gives you the points.
Keep up the good work! You rock!
