Breakfast ideas

Good morning! Okay, y'all on the west coast might not be up yet.... :o)

Thought I'd put up a post for us to share breakfast ideas. Holly already posted about how to do a low-points breakfast sandwich. Anyone else have any go-to breakfast ideas?

My favorite is Eggo Nutrigrain Lowfat Waffles (2 for 2 points) with spray butter and lite syrup (1/4 c. for 2 points) and if I'm trying to up my breakfast Points, 2 Tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter (4 points).

Cereal of course is a great option -- high fiber so it tends to be low points.

We're also big fans of the WW Smart Ones Breakfast Quesadillas (4 points).

So how about y'all? What does breakfast typically consist of?

  1. Forgot one -- we've recently discovered Bagel Thins (1 point) -- basically bagels that are half as thick and therefore fewer points. We've also discovered whipped cream cheese, which is less dense than the traditional and therefore fewer points (2 Points for 2 Tbsp).
