I'm on a roll!
Not to brag...but today is my 17th day "perfect" day in a row! Since we started the challenge I've exercised EVERY day and have stayed within my points. I'm trying to see how long I can go without breaking my streak. We're going on a 4 day, 1200+ mile motorcycle trip in mid July so that will be tough...but I'm up to the challenge! :)

You're awesome! The points thing is a lot harder than I expected and I'm tired all the time, so consistent exercise is hard, too. Good job; I'm a little jealous.
ReplyDeleteThanks Melissa, I'm trying! It hasn't been easy... Today is day 24 and I haven't broken my streak yet. There have been some days though that I thought exercising would kill me because I was SOOOO exhausted but I made myself do it and sometimes I feel better after...not always. I think too that the WW points I'm allowed is too much for me so I'm eating less than what they say. Once I did that I started losing weight where I seemed to just be maintaining before. I'm REALLY committed to not breaking my streak but we have a 4 day motorcycle trip planned in mid July and eating good and tracking points may be tough and exercising before or after riding 350+ miles/day seems almost impossible. We'll see! Keep up the good work!!! :)
